Resources
Patient organizations, including for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, Mast Cell Diseases, and concussions, are excellent resources for education, research opportunities, and philanthropy. Books and podcasts are some of my favorite ways to stay up-to-date on scientific advancements and to learn who is doing important work on topics such as gut health, immunity, sleep, brain health, nutrition, pain science, stress management, and happiness. I hope you find the resources below valuable and interesting!

Provider Directory
Finding providers who will show you the respect and trust you deserve, who understand your body and your concerns, and who are able to offer customized, thoughtful treatment suggestions is of the utmost importance - but they’re also really hard to find! I’ve compiled a list of individual providers of a variety of specialties, as well as a list of provider directories. While I can’t vouch for the experience you will have with the providers on this list, I hope this directory will make the process of finding your team a little easier! If you have any providers you’d like to add to this list, please email me at Ariella@EDSetc.com!

Smart People
My favorite people to learn from on podcasts, social media, etc.
The links below are just a few of many ways of learning from these experts.
Dr. Andrew Huberman, PhD on everything from neuroplasticity to sleep to productivity to performance to learning to ADHD to creativity to exercise to depression and everything in between.
Huberman Lab Podcast. I often find that I learn more from experts when they are on other peoples’ podcasts rather than their own. The Huberman Lab Podcast is the only exception I’ve found, in part because many of the episodes are Andrew Huberman himself educating his audience and when he does have guests on, his way of engaging with and asking questions of the guest is fantastic. This is my absolute favorite podcast that I truly believe every human on the planet should listen to (unless you don’t want to improve your life). I recommend starting at the very beginning and working your way up to the present.
